The Future

When you’re a kid
Working in retail
Sayin’ this is your dream job
I know you have no aspirations
To rise above the effort required to be successful

You are nothing but a child
Falling back on your parents reputation
Resting on the laurels of their wealth

You are a failure
With no talents of your own
And I fear for humanity’s future
And weep
